In Falcon, you can quickly and easily edit effects in several periods at once. You can select if you want to edit plan effects, actual/forecast effects or both.

You will find the new function if you open the effects tap on the measure level.

If you right-click on the desired period of a budgeting item you can select the “Edit” function.

You can then select which periods you want to edit by selecting the first and last period. Periods that are already filled will in with effects will get overwritten. Unselected periods will not get edited. You can use this function for past and future periods.

You can enter only plan or actual/forecast values or both at the same time. You can then save your entry and as soon as you update via the internal spinner, the values are edited.

Note: If effect periods are locked, it is not possible for users with writing permissions to edit the values. However, they can still use this function and only the unlocked periods goind to be edited.
