Projects in Falcon are displayed in a simple tree structure!

The project tree is divided into four levels, which give your project the necessary structure. On the top level, there are programs (level 0), which are divided into individual projects (level 1). Within these are packages (level 2), which finally contain the measures (level 3).


Where is which information to be entered?

Program

  • Responsibility

  • Description/Targets/Assumptions

  • Budgeting Item (which effect is represented by the effect traffic light)
