In Falcon, a status report can be created for each tree element. The most important qualitative statements can be transmitted in this report. In this article, we explain how you can create a status report in general.

In this article, you can learn how to add a risk assessment and a status traffic light to your status reports:

Adding a status traffic light

You can add a status traffic light to the status report. Essentially, this should indicate how the current status of the measure, entire packages or the overall project is assessed. You do this here qualitatively and in addition to the schedule and effect traffic lights calculated by Falcon.

The status traffic light in the project tree

As soon as you have added a status traffic light to a status report, you will find it directly in the project tree next to the tree element. Falcon always shows the status traffic light from your most recent status report. If no status traffic light has been created for a tree element, the column remains gray.

Risk assessment in the status report

You can make statements about current risks in the status report. You describe the risk in the free text field. You can also optionally assess how acute the impact on the measure is and how likely you think it is that this risk will occur. You can rate both between low, medium, high, and very high.

After saving the status report, you will find the risk information in the mouseover of the status traffic light in the project tree, as well as in the detailed and general PowerPoint reporting.

Further information on the traffic light system can be found here.
