Besides whole tree items, you can also lock individual activities. To do so, right-click on the desired activity (or select several activities before) and then select the option "Lock input". When activties are being locked, only admins and hub owners can edit the information.
To unlock the activity, follow the same procedure, but select "Unlock input".
