With just a few clicks, you can transfer all responsibilities of one user to another, as well as only selected responsibilities. To do this, follow the steps below:
Transfer all responsibilities of one user to another user
If a user leaves the project team or is absent for a longer period of time, admins and owners can transfer their responsibilities in total to another user. This applies to general responsibility and strategic responsibility. The same also works if you want to transfer the responsibilities of several users to another person. To do this, proceed as follows:
Select within the administration the user management or the rights management.
Select the user or users whose responsibilities you want to transfer to another person.
Right-click on the marked user(s) and select "Transfer responsibilities".
Select the new responsible person and confirm the action.
The access rights of the users resulting from the responsibilities are transferred to the new responsible person in the same way as the original one. Any individually assigned user or group rights of the users involved remain unaffected.
Transfer selected responsibilities of one user to another user
To edit multiple responsibilities at once, first go to the program's schedule and the level at which you want to make changes (e.g., project or meassure level). Mark all the elements you want to change with the check mark on the left side of the grid. The marked elements are highlighted in blue.
Now click with the right mouse button to call up the right-click menu. Make sure that you click inside the blue area. Select "Edit" from the menu. In the window that appears, you can now change the responsible user.
