Sponsor / Strategic responsible

Do you also like to share the steering wheel? We do too! And that should also be possible in Falcon. From now on, you can select a second person as strategically responsible in the profile of each tree element in addition to the already known general responsible user. The strategically responsible user automatically receives the writing permission, just like the generally responsible user.

Impersonation

For all the agents among us. If you are a hub owner and want to see Falcon from another user's perspective, you can now do so thanks to the new impersonation feature. You can even edit things. But there's no cheating: the user will of course be informed that someone is acting on their behalf.

ERP-Readiness

Tracking the effects of measures is the centerpiece of Falcon. But translating these effects into your accounting systems is not that easy. We have therefore added the option of creating individual Ledgers and Legal Entities. You can then assign individual measure effects to these. Falcon Enterprise clients can now integrate their ERP systems with ease. Yippee!

Bulk updating effects

If your measure generates $5k in sales from today until forever, why not enter this by right-clicking on sales and batch-editing the entire effect line? Relaxed, isn’t it?

Confetti🎉

We must admit, it's a gimmick. But Falcon should also be a bit of fun. Some actions, such as creating a report, now trigger a burst of confetti. Give it a try!

Falcon Tiers

We have divided Falcon into 3 tiers to suit our increasingly diverse customer base. Some only need a Jon boat, most want a yacht but an ocean liner is required for others. This also means that some of the new features are not available to all users.

Other improvements and bug fixes:

Reset MFA: Do you use multi-factor authentication via app or SMS? And now you've lost your mobile phone or got a new one and can no longer retrieve the 6-digit code to log in to Falcon? We have standardized and simplified the process. After entering your login details, you can request a recovery code. The support team will then contact you to verify your identity.
