Note: Only the hub administrator can create groups!
In a group, users are grouped together who receive access permissions bundled for certain tree elements. The group permissions can be assigned in addition to existing individual user permissions. In addition, a user can be assigned to several groups.
Navigate to the „Permissions“ tab in the Administration (gear icon in sidebar).
Use the plus symbol to create a new group and you can name it directly in the tree.
To assign a user to a group, simply drag the affected user from the user list on the left to the desired group on the right. Please click here for more information.
