In Falcon, your data is organized and aggregated to a higher level based on the tree structure you choose.

However, you can also filter or aggregate your schedules and effects independently and by:

  • Responsibility

  • Phase (Degree of Implementation)

This filter is available to you at the program, project, and package level of the tree and for both effects and schedule data. To filter on the aforementioned levels, click on the funnel icon in the schedule or effects tab and select the desired filter settings. You may combine the filter settings to your liking.

In the effects tab, you can additionally change the aggregation period. Using the drop-down menu in the upper right corner, you can switch from the monthly view to the quarterly or annual view, for example.

Tip: The aggregation filters are also available for the reports to get detailed, customized reports in seconds! For more information, click here.
