After a team member has set actual values for effects at measure level, the next step for the project administrator is to transfer the effects to the plan so that the traffic light is activated.

With a right click on the measure in the tree, the options menu allows you to activate "Transfer Values - Set Effect Plan". This copies the actual values to the plan columns, if - and only if - the plan cell is empty. Here it is also possible to overwrite already filled periods.

All effects of a tree element (measure, measure package or project) can also be transferred to the plan at once. To do this, simply click with the right mouse button on the desired tree level and then select "Transfer values - set effect plan".
