Which permissions do I need for editing?
Hub owner or admin
Admins and owners can centrally transfer schedule data from plan to actual/forecast and vice versa. In the course of this, the data is copied in the desired direction in each case. The following steps are necessary for this:
Right-click on the desired tree level
Select "Transfer values" and then "Transfer activities" to plan" or "Transfer activities to actual/forecast".
Confirm the process with "Confirm".
Attention: The action is carried out for all lower levels, but the entered values are overwritten. This means that if you execute the action at project level, it will actually be executed for all measures in the project. The same applies to measure packages.
Additionally overwrite all existing values
With this option you can determine whether already existing dates are to be overwritten in the course of the transfer. If you do not select this option, the transfer will only take place in cells that are empty.
