Falcon shows you how much space is left

While Falcon does not impose limits on text length and structure, both affect whether written text will fit in Falcon automatic PowerPoint reports without overflowing.

At all points where custom-written text enters reporting, a simple color code in Falcon alerts you to potential "spillover". As soon as the title of a text box changes color, you know where you are with the text.

In the example shown below, the text in the "Goals" box in the PowerPoint report is in danger of overflowing.

What happens to text that doesn't fit in the report?

Text that overflows will be inserted in the reports - but it will be truncated. However, as soon as you click in the respective text box in PowerPoint, all the text is shown.
