You may set filters to Falcon's PowerPoint reporting and/or limit it with given criteria. To do this, right-click on the desired element within the tree and click on Create Report. You can then select the desired criteria from the drop-down menu. Depending on the level within the tree, the availability of possible filters will differ. See below for the entirety of available filters.


Position: You may choose what position to be reported (e.g. Cash or Revenue). This setting is optional. If not chosen, the reporting will report each tree level by the position chosen in the respective profile.

Period: Likewise, you can choose over which period you want to report the budgets and effects. Project start to date? Current year? Or would you rather report on everything? These are just a few of the many time periods you can choose from.

Filter: Additionally, you have the possibility to apply various filters to the report. For example, you can create a report that only contains measures with certain tags and selected responsible users and/or measures that currently are in a specific phase.

Once the report has been created, you can download it directly. You can also download the report for three days via the download tab in the hub administration. Further, you will automatically receive an email with a download link from Falcon.
