At the top of the screen you will find the breadcrumb navigation under your open tabs.
The breadcrumbs give you an overview of where you are in the project on the one hand, and on the other hand you can navigate directly to higher-level tree elements by clicking on the breadcrumbs. 

The breadcrumbs are structured as follows:
Hub > Program > Project > Measure package > Measure
