File Preview & Office 365
Falcon now has a file preview function. Whether a picture, PDF, Excel or Word - Falcon now offers the possibility to view files directly without downloading them. All common file types are supported. This saves time and storage space.
Particularly nice: if you like, Falcon opens Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the alike in Office 365's preview mode. The files, remain in Falcon, but all the Office 365 conveniences are available to you.
You don't use Office 365 in your company and therefore don't want Office 365 to open
your files in preview mode? No problem: In the Hub settings, you can specify whether this option should be activated or not.
What permissions do I have?
A frequent question - which Falcon now answers quite simply. Because from now on you can see in the tree for each element which permission you have (read, write, admin).
You can activate the permissions column via the dropdown in the project tree.
Other improvements and fixes
Multi download: Do you want to download several files at once? No problem! Select all the files you want to download, right-click, and off you go.
Batch processing is now also available for traffic light limits in the budgeting editor.
User Token Renewal Mail: Previously a mail was only sent when a new token was created, now you are also informed when an existing token is renewed.
In the reports, certain settings in budgeting (quantity as unit, but no suffix) resulted in unsightly empty brackets. This has now been fixed.
