The support chat is located in the bottom left corner of the sidebar. The small question mark symbol opens the chat.

You can use the chat not only to contact us directly, you can also view past conversations (under the "New conversation" button on the left) and access all our support articles. Use the "Find answers quickly" search bar to find and read all articles directly within Falcon.
