Note: Only the hub administrator can create groups!

In a group, users are grouped together who receive access permissions bundled for certain tree elements. The group permissions can be assigned in addition to existing individual user permissions. In addition, a user can be assigned to several groups.

  1. After selecting the group symbol in the User Management, you will see the user table and your existing groups on the right.
  2. Use the plus symbol to create a new group and you can name it directly in the tree.
  3. To assign a user to a group, simply drag the affected user from the user list on the left to the desired group on the right.
