Falcon has basically two brains. If a large arithmetic operation is triggered, the second brain calculates in the background, while you can continue working without any loss in performance.

You can see whether Falcon calculates in the background in the sidebar.  The job spinner spins and shows you the number of running jobs. Whenever a green dot appears in the middle of the spinner, you can reload and get the new results.

The clou about it is that you also notice whether other users in your hub have initiated processes that may be relevant to you and when you need to refresh.

Examples for jobs being processed in the background are:

  • Copying items
  • Pausing/Activating aggregation
  • Effect calculations
  • Trafficlight calculations
  • and many more!
