You can adjust the following for individual effects at project level in the effects grid:

  • Category: e.g. income statement, cash/balance sheet, KPI.
  • Calculation: Here you can define whether the effect is calculated from other lines.
  • Unit of calculation: Euro or quantity (no character is set for quantity).
  • Suffix: Can be selected as required and is written after the effect (e.g. %).
  • Period: This is the period over which the traffic light calculation takes place (for example, current year or total).
  • Horizontal aggregation: This is the aggregation of the effects in the selected period (total, average, last period).
  • Vertical aggregation: This is the aggregation type for the measures (for example, total, average).
  • Goal: The logic in which the traffic light is calculated (e.g. "More is better", "Less is better", "Spot landing").
  • Red traffic light limit value: Achievement level from which the traffic light changes to red (in %).
  • Yellow traffic light limit value: Achievement level up to which the traffic light is still yellow. Everything above this becomes green (in %).
