You can use the workflow setting in the Hub Administration Center to share workflows that have already been created with other projects. So you can easily use workflows for several of your projects.
In the list on the right side of the screen you will find all projects of your hub.
To select a workflow set for a project, simply click on the workflow of the corresponding project and select the desired workflow.
Tip: If you hover the cursor over the number of projects in the workflow list, you will be shown which projects the Workflow Set is used in.
