You can use the workflow setting in the admin center to share workflows that have already been created with other projects. So you can easily use workflows for several of your projects. 

In the list on the right side of the screen you will find all projects of your hub.
To select a schedule for a project, simply click on the workflow of the corresponding project and select the desired schedule.

Tip: If you hover the cursor over the number of projects in the schedule list, you will be shown which projects the schedule is used in.
